Rep. Owens wins more Republican praise

Yesterday, we reported that Plattsburgh's Republican Mayor Don Kasprzak was lavishing praise on Democratic Rep. Bill Owens — who will need GOP votes to win a full first term in New York's 23rd congressional district.

Now, another local Republican is endorsing Owens' re-election bid.
